1. HOW WILL THE PRE-SALE WORK?
The presale tickets, which will take place between the 17th and 23rd of October, will be exclusive to Claro Clube and Santander Select and Private customers. Tickets will be available on the Eventim website (www.eventim.com.br)
2. HOW TO GET ACCESS TO PRESALE TICKETS?
For Claro Clube customers, the code will be available on the official website, specifically on the page Claro.com.br/claro-clube. Before the presale begins, you can access the website and find the code by clicking on the promotion banner.
Santander Select and Private customers must use the first 6 digits of their credit card to grant access. To complete the purchase, the same credit card must be used.
3. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE FROM CLIENT CLARO CLUBE TO CLIENT CLARO?
Claro Customer is any customer that belongs to the Claro operator. Claro Clube customers, which is Claro's relationship program, are customers who need to register in the program and must have a postpaid or residential plan to access. By becoming Claro Clube customers, they have some advantages/benefits in the relationship program.
The discount code will be published on the Claro Clube website banner and everyone can access the discount, just access the website. It is not necessary to log in to the page.
TICKETS
1. HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?
– Up to 22 tickets in total and up to 4 tickets per session for each CPF.
2. PwD
Tickets can be purchased directly at www.eventim.com.br by selecting the category corresponding to the ticket you want.
3. HALF-PRICE TICKETS
Documents proving the right to the benefit can be requested at the time of purchase, collection at the box office and upon access to the event. Customers who do not present valid documentation will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the ticket or any type of reimbursement or compensation.
In compliance with Federal Decree 8,537 of 2015, the granting of the half-price benefit to beneficiaries is guaranteed for 40% of the total tickets available for sale to the general public.
You are entitled to half-price:
Elementary, secondary and higher education students (Federal Decree 8,537 of 2015): upon presentation of a student identification card in accordance with current legislation.
Elderly people aged 60 and over (Federal Law 10,741 of 2003): upon presentation of an official identity document with photo.
Young people aged 15 to 29 belonging to low-income families registered with CadÚnico (Federal Decree 8,537 of 2015): upon presentation of a Youth Identity accompanied by an official identity document with a photo.
Young people up to 21 years old (State Law 3,364 of 2000): upon presentation of an official identification document with photo.
People with disabilities and accompanying person when necessary, through:
– (Federal Decree 8,537 of 2015) presentation of the Continuous Social Assistance Benefit card of the person with a disability or a document issued by the National Social Security Institute (INSS) certifying the person's retirement due to disability, accompanied by an identity document official with photo.
– (State Law 8,574 of 2019) presentation of the disabled person’s card obtained by DETRAN/RJ.
Teachers and professionals from the municipal public network in the city of Rio de Janeiro (Law 3,424 of 2002 and Law 5,844 of 2015): upon presentation of the functional card issued by the Secretaria Municipal de Educação.
4. LAP CHILD
Children up to 2 years old can access the event without a ticket, as long as they remain on the lap of a paying guardian.
5. FREE TICKETS
To be entitled to the free benefit for up to 1 session of the event, interested parties must send an email to [email protected] indicating the reason why they qualify for the free benefit. Supporting documents must be sent along with the request, between December 13th and 14th, 2023.
Interested parties must indicate at the time of pre-registration for which session they wish to use the benefit. During pre-registration there will be no ticket delivery. Within 1 month after pre-registration, we will contact you by email confirming the free availability of the chosen session. Tickets can only be collected on the day of the session.
The following are entitled to free access to the side chair sector:
– Children under 12 with a guardian (the guardian must purchase a ticket from the same sector and, at the time of pre-registration, present the child's identity or birth certificate);
– Elderly people aged 65 and over;
- Disabled people;
6. EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION
After registering the order, it is not possible to change the ticket type, session, sector, seat, event, delivery method or any other information.
For purchases made through the website, you can cancel your order within 7 calendar days based on your purchase history. With 2 days left until the session, cancellations are no longer possible. Canceled tickets are automatically put back on sale.
It is not possible to partially cancel the purchase. All tickets purchased in the same payment will be canceled together.
Reversals occur within up to 2 invoice cycles, depending on the invoice due date and the bank's processing time.
7. INTERNATIONAL SALES
International sales will also take place directly at www.eventim.com.br
When registering, if you do not have a CPF, select your country of origin and enter your passport number.

EVENT INFORMATION
1. CAMERAS
Only professional-type equipment with a removable set of lenses will be prohibited.
2. FOOD AND BEVERAGES
It will be permitted to enter the event with food and beverages, as long as the intention of selling them on the event premises is not clear. Fruits and sandwiches packaged in transparent packaging and sealed processed foods (such as cereal bars and cookies) will be allowed. Glass bottles (the contents can be placed in a plastic cup) or alcoholic drinks in any packaging will not be permitted to enter the courts.
According to State Law 8,632 of 2019, people with diabetes mellitus, who regularly use insulin, are guaranteed the right to enter the event with food, insulin, supplies and devices for self-monitoring of blood glucose. To do this, the person must present the document proving the illness.
3. STROLLER
It is not advisable to take strollers. For reasons of space and mobility and to ensure the comfort of all spectators, strollers will not be permitted to enter the courts. The circulation of carts will not be restricted in the rest of the interactive area, however the event will not have luggage storage facilities for storing these belongings.
4. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The ticket holder, when present on the event premises, may not carry food intended for commerce or objects that pose safety risks, such as bottles, cans, helmets, animals, firearms, umbrellas or other objects that could be considered dangerous by the event organizers. The ticket holder may not carry, nor use within the event venue, any political, promotional or advertising material, except that distributed by the event organization. Professional cameras are not permitted.
5. PARKING
There is no on-site parking.
6. ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS POLICY
In case of cancellation of activities due to adverse weather conditions, there will be no right to refund the amount paid for the ticket if more than 1 consecutive hour of activity has elapsed or not. It is mandatory to return the ticket for exchanges or refunds, when applicable.
7. PAYMENT METHOD FOR THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES
All food and beverage sales carried out at the Event are cashless.
8.DRESS CODE
No one will be allowed to enter in swimwear, without a shirt or wearing flip-flops.
9. EVENT ACCESS
Original tickets, in printed or digital version, are considered valid. The printed version must be in good condition, legible, without erasures, tears and with flawless barcode printing. The only digital version accepted will be the one sent directly by the ticket company, in PDF version. Screen prints, photos or similar files will not be accepted by the Event.
